Search All JobsThere’s more than a busy contact centre at our Northampton office. There’s also a Nationwide administration centre employing many other departments such as Treasury, Mortgage Services and Commercial. Altogether the building houses nearly 3,000 people.
Our opening hours
The operating hours at the contact centre are:
Service – Monday to Friday, 8am to 10pm; Saturday, 8am to 8pm
Sales – Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm; Saturday, 9am to 5pm
Customer-focused, whatever your hours
The work is all about people, not paperwork. So whether you join us in a sales or service role, you’ll spend 90% of your time on the phone talking to customers and complete your admin on a computer. You can work full-time or part-time.
- Full-time is 35 hours per week
- Part-time is at least 16 hours per week
- Overtime is time and a half (for over 35 hours per week)
Where we are
The Northampton contact centre is in Moulton Park – a business park just a couple of miles north-west of Northampton town centre.
Getting there by public transport
Regular buses run from the town centre to Moulton Park.
Getting there by car
If a car’s your chosen means of transport there is limited parking available. If you join a car share scheme, however, you will enjoy preferential parking.
Getting there under your own steam
If you prefer to cycle there’s plenty of secure space in our cycle shed – and you can even shower once you’ve arrived.
