The Sheffield contact centre is different from our other contact centres in that it takes calls for all our branches. All calls to branches are redirected to us and we handle queries, book appointments and act as the branch back office. Our working hours are:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm
Saturday, 9am to 5pm
Customer-focused, whatever your hours
The work is all about people, not paperwork. So you’ll spend 90% of your time on the phone talking to customers and complete your admin on a computer. You can work full-time or part-time.
- Full-time is 35 hours per week
- Part-time is at least 16 hours per week
You’ll need to be happy to work flexible eight-hour shifts. We change the shift rotas every two weeks and you can swap shifts if you need to.
Where we are
Our Sheffield contact centre is right in the city centre, next to City Hall.
There’s no parking but we’re within easy walking distance of a tram stop, bus stop and train station. We’re also easy to get to from Doncaster and Barnsley.
There are plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby.
