As well as Wakefield, we have contact centres in Northampton, Sheffield and Swindon. And we’re delighted to say that people like working at all of them. In fact, employee retention at these Contact Centres is one of the best among financial services call centres in the UK.
Our contact centres employ some 1,200 local people and handle around 25,000 calls and emails every day.
Our Wakefield Contact Centre is in Paragon Business Park just off Junction 41 of the M1 and minutes from the city centre. It’s a landscaped setting that also features a Burger King, a Brewer’s Fayre Restaurant and Pub, a Just Learning crèche and a Bannatyne’s gym – all within walking distance.
