The things I love about my job is just the people I work with. They're so friendly and they're always willing to help you out. You spend more time at work than you do at home, so you have to consider your colleagues as friends and there has to be such an element of trust within the team that you all support each other and its such a nice environment to be in.

I've worked for quite a few different companies and this is by far one of the best. My team of people is brilliant.

What I love most about my job, I think it's got to be the people. Its got to be the range of people I come into contact with on a daily basis with the job I do.

People around me, they are more friends as opposed to work colleagues. We get on, its just like being in a big happy family. We do have team events whereby we do all go out, have a laugh, enjoy ourselves, but hey, we are professional when we are back at work.

I do enjoy coming into work to see people, basically. It's social, it's like a small community.

The best part of the job for me is my colleagues, my peers. We have a fantastic management group, we have a diversity of experience and key skills that we're all keen to share. We're a very supportive group and that makes it enjoyable coming to work for me.

It's absolutely brilliant working, not just for Nationwide, but also with the people around there. It's always a cracking atmosphere, you can have such a good laugh, yet still doing your job at the same time.
