Distribution Channels

Two of the main areas within Distribution Channels are Central Retail, and Service and Performance. Central Retail, which is home to our telephone, internet and ATM teams, uses a multi-channel approach to provide customers with more ways in which to do business with us. Offering customers greater choice enhances our overall service, and allows us to drive business growth and profitability.

Service and Performance, provides support for all our distribution channels. This involves improving the customer and employee experience across a variety of areas, ensuring we have shared operational and performance standards, and making our activities simpler and more rewarding. All of which makes us a stronger, more unified building society and creates shared confidence in our growing commercial success.
