Our business structure

There are four main areas to our business:

Branches
Thanks to more than 700 of them right across the UK, we�re one of the biggest names on the High Street. And we�re probably very close to you.

Contact centres
Currently we have six. They�re all in the UK and they always will be. Together they handle around 25,000 calls and emails every day and employ some 1,200 local people.

Admin Roles
Based in our main head offices in Swindon and Northampton, and in smaller office and branches across the country, these are the people who make sure we deliver on our promises.

Specialist functions
From IT to Marketing to Finance to Security, our specialists keep us customer focused.
