It’s all about improving risk and control, providing robust Management Information and making sure your team’s contribution is visible to the rest of the business.
Just as importantly, you’ll help coordinate change initiatives and manage projects that encompass training programmes and communications. And to be effective, you’ll need to forge close relationships with key stakeholders in the business as well as across the banking industry as a whole.
You’ll be helping us create the very best customer experience. So we’ll look for evidence that you can manage teams and deliver against business objectives.
