Not surprisingly, your ongoing tactical and strategic support will be vital to the Managers in your area. They’ll look to you for benchmarking, quality checking, trend and root cause analysis, and the development and collation of Management Information. At the same time you’ll drive business projects and carry out independent checks and audits to make sure we adhere consistently to our risk and control framework. You’ll also work closely with colleagues to assess job roles, business systems and processes, then coach and train them to deliver even higher standards.

A first-class researcher with a focused approach to problem solving, you’ll be proactive, flexible and thoroughly familiar with FSA regulations. And if you don’t already have a Business Analysis qualification, you’ll be working towards one. Add proven observation skills and the ability to carry out structured interviews, and you could soon be enjoying the chance to influence and persuade at all levels.
