Customer Administrator
Whether you work in Payment Services, Banking and Savings or in one of our Mortgage Administration Centres, you’ll focus on controlling the work of customer service teams and branch operations or handling our more complex processes. At all times you’ll make sure that quality remains high. And if we have any complaints from customers, you’ll check them against compliance.
We want to set ourselves apart through the quality of our service as well as our products. You’ll help make sure complaints and customer issues are few and far between by collating Management Information and completing trend and root cause analysis so we can get to the heart of an issue and develop sound solutions.
At the same time you’ll handle any escalated complaints yourself and take care of larger transactions. The keener your eye for detail, the better you are at prioritising and the stronger your coaching and communication skills, the more effective you’ll be.
You can work as a Customer Administrator in Payment Services at our Swindon Head Office or in New Business at one of our New Business Centres across the UK.
