Team Manager
To take charge of one of our teams you’ll need to be a well-organised people person who can see the big picture. Responsible for everything from resource planning to performance management and from training to compliance, you’ll use your coaching skills to help us meet our business targets, our Treating Customers Fairly principles and FSA regulations.
A great organiser? Skilled at getting the best out of people? Good at getting a clear overview of what’s going on? Then you could be just the right person to lead a team at either our Swindon Head Office or one of our Mortgage Administration Centres across the UK.
Reporting to a Senior Operations Manager, you’ll take responsibility for both people and processes. Everything from resource planning to performance management and from training to compliance will fall under your control. There will be a high emphasis on coaching, development and people management. Take ownership effectively and you’ll make sure we exceed our volume and quality targets, live up to our Treating Customers Fairly principles and meet FSA regulations.
It’s busy, varied work in a fast-paced environment so you’ll also need to be resilient and good at juggling priorities, delegating and managing your time.
