It’s not easy to be the best you can be. Yet that’s our aim – and it’s also why we’ve created this relatively new role at both our Swindon Head Office and our Mortgage Administration Centres across the UK.

We’ll look to you to make sure the performance of our teams is as good as it gets. Essential support for the Team Manager, you’ll monitor the work of Administrators and Service Advisers to identify training needs, then deliver the right training and coaching to meet them. That means inducting new starters, carrying out one-to-ones to discuss performance and plan progress, and producing productivity reports. And when things get really busy – as they will – you’ll be happy to roll your sleeves up and work as part of the team.

Your input will be invaluable in helping us meet our business targets while complying with both our own rigorous procedures, Treating Customers Fairly principles and FSA regulations. So your coaching ability will need to be as impressive as your technical and analytical skills. Add the ability to multi-task, find solutions to complex problems and deputise for the Team Leader when necessary, and you’ll make the kind of difference we’re looking for.
