Customer Representatives play a vital role in our branches. Working with other members of the branch team, they make sure customers not only enjoy great service but that we also meet their financial needs in the most appropriate way. More about Customer Representatives.

Customer Hosts are the first people customers meet when they enter our branches. As a host, you will be largely involved in dealing with customer enquiries, identifying customer needs and referring customers to sales colleagues where appropriate. More about Customer Hosts
If you’re a flexible, versatile, multi-tasker who knows how to get the best out of people, you’ll thrive in this role. For as well as leading and motivating a team of Customer Representatives, you’ll support the Branch Manager and do your bit to help customers in the banking hall - more about Customer Service Managers
Selling some of the best mortgage products in the industry, you’ll meet with customers to work out their exact mortgage needs and how best to meet them. Area roles
We’ve split the UK into 43 Areas. Each Area has an Area Director, two District Sales Managers and a number of Area Sales Managers. Area staff are based in an Area Office but travel regularly, visiting branches. District Sales Managers manage six to 10 branches each. You’re well-organised. You never overlook a detail. And you’re an accomplished administrator. Apply those qualities in this role and you can make a huge difference to sales in your Area – without selling a thing - more about Area Support Assistants.
You’ll have a team of up to 12 Financial Consultants/Mortgage Consultants or Senior Financial Consultants. You’ll spend a minimum of a day with each of your team every month, sitting in on interviews, checking cases are properly written up, reviewing regulations and compliance, and developing sales skills through one-to-one coaching.more about Area Sales Managers.
Responsible for between six and 10 branches, you’re the person Branch Managers will look to for motivation, advice and coaching - more about District Sales Managers.
The business and operational risks associated with financial services are many. The stakes are huge. And the standards set by the regulations and guidelines are high. All of which means that this influential specialist role – minimising risk across a number of Areas, branches and branch agencies – is absolutely critical - more about Regional Risk Managers.
