Area roles
We’ve split the UK into 43 Areas. Each Area has an Area Director, two District Sales Managers and a number of Area Sales Managers. Area staff are based in an Area Office but travel regularly, visiting branches. District Sales Managers manage six to 10 branches each. Area Sales Managers manage teams of Financial Consultant/Mortgage Consultants or Senior Financial Consultants.

You’ll have a team of up to 12 Financial Consultants/Mortgage Consultants or Senior Financial Consultants. You’ll spend a minimum of a day with each of your team every month, sitting in on interviews, checking cases are properly written up, reviewing regulations and compliance, and developing sales skills through one-to-one coaching.more about Area Sales Managers.
Responsible for between six and 10 branches, you’re the person Branch Managers will look to for motivation, advice and coaching - more about District Sales Managers.
The business and operational risks associated with financial services are many. The stakes are huge. And the standards set by the regulations and guidelines are high.
