Area Director

You’ll certainly be influential in this role. Responsible for the performance of around 16 branches, you’ll maximise business across your Area, drive standards of customer service even higher and enforce strict compliance with regulatory controls.

You’ll also make the most of your sound commercial judgement as you create succession plans and deliver our corporate strategy. The more you lead from the front, and the more drive and energy you bring to the role, the more you will inspire your team to meet stretching targets.

We’ll be looking for an impressive track record of achievement against tough goals and standards gained within a retail operation. Charismatic, collaborative and change-oriented, you’ll already have experience in a regulated, compliant environment plus a good understanding of our markets. If you also hold a postgraduate qualification in a business related discipline (ACIB, DMS), so much the better.
