District Sales Manager
Responsible for between six and 10 branches, you’re the person Branch Managers will look to for motivation, advice and coaching. It will be down to you to bring out the best in them, help them boost the performance of their branches, build business and maximise sales.
At every stage, you’ll make sure each branch complies with regulatory requirements. Above all, you’ll ensure customers have the best possible in-branch experience. At the same time, your input will help all our branch staff get the most out of their jobs too.
Although you won’t have sales targets yourself, you’ll still have targets to meet through your team. It’s a responsibility that calls for well-honed leadership skills backed by impressive experience in sales management and target achievement. On top of this we’ll look for the ability to forge and cement strong relationships.
