Branch-based roles
It’s all about teamwork at Nationwide. And nowhere more so than in our branches. People here have differing levels and areas of expertise and constantly refer customers to each other, lend support wherever it’s needed and work together to make sure customers get the products and services they need. Knowing you’re making your customers – not your shareholders – better off is a great feeling, and one you’ll enjoy whether you’re just starting out with us or you’ve worked your way up to a senior role.
Most people join us as Customer Representatives welcoming our customers into the branch, dealing with all their day-to-day needs and identifying sales leads.
