Customer Account Manager

Customer Account Managers take customer service to the next level. Thanks to their thorough understanding of our whole range of products and services, they can help customers choose the best solution for their needs.

Selling most of our products – everything from credit cards and loans to savings accounts and insurance – you’ll build strong relationships, meet achievable targets and generate leads. You’ll also help to coach Customer Representatives on how to generate leads and follow in your footsteps.

You might have already proved your worth in customer service or sales. You’ll certainly have sound PC skills and plenty of motivation. And, just as important, you’ll have the kind of people skills that will help you build long-term relationships with your customers.
