Customer Host
Customer Hosts are the first people customers meet when they enter our branches. As a host, you will be largely involved in dealing with customer enquiries, identifying customer needs and referring customers to sales colleagues where appropriate.
You’ll ensure customers are never turned away and will exceed customers’ expectations occasionally fulfilling a customer sale when needed.
Taking the initiative will be second nature to you as you carry out the role to optimize queuing times, handling some of the more complex enquiries yourself to excel in giving customers excellent customer service.
You’ll improve quality and speed of customer problem resolution whilst ensuring that agreed sales processes are followed at all times and that all Society rules, procedures and policies are being followed in the areas of risk and compliance.
As a role model for less experienced colleagues you’ll actively demonstrate how all transactions are opportunities to build relationships with every customer and make them financially better off. Your primary focus will be to seek out opportunities to meet customers, identify sales opportunities and make referrals to Customer Account Managers, Financial Consultants/Mortgage Consultants and Senior Financial Consultants.
