Customer Representative

Customer Representatives play a vital role in our branches. Working with other members of the branch team, they make sure customers not only enjoy great service but that we also meet their financial needs in the most appropriate way.

You’ll learn how to welcome our customers into the branch, deal with all their day-to-day needs and identify sales leads. One day you could be manning the counters. The next, greeting customers. And the next, behind a desk showing customers the different ways we can help them. As your experience grows, so will your responsibilities. Before long, you’ll be opening accounts, selling products and hitting targets.



You don’t need specific experience – although a customer service background would be a big plus. Much more important is a warm, lively personality, a flair for detail and a real way with people as you will identify sales leads for colleagues in sales roles. We operate an excellent bonus scheme that rewards individual, as well as team, performance.
