Operations Manager

It’ll be your job to help boost business in key branches. How? By freeing up the Senior Branch Manager and Customer Service Manager so they can spend more time coaching their teams, growing sales and making the banking hall run even more effectively.

There are a host of different management and admin responsibilities you could take on. Like making sure that we’re up to speed with the latest regulations and guidelines. That we act on customer feedback. That we implement appropriate controls. And that we have the right people in the right place at the right time. You’ll also reinforce the sales culture by compiling Management Information that lets the team know how it’s performing against targets.

The result? Minimum risk, maximum efficiency and an excellent customer experience.

If the branch is to run as smoothly as possible, you’ll need to be highly analytical, well organised and totally objective, with a sharp eye for detail. You’ll also be ready to step in and help out day-to-day wherever you’re needed, share best practice and work closely with branch and Area teams. Just as important though is in-depth knowledge of our products, services and policies, and of banking regulations and guidelines.
