Senior Branch Manager

Senior Branch Managers are responsible for the performance of our largest branches in key locations. Reporting to the Area Director and acting as a role model for the Branch Managers in your Area, you’ll inspire your team to maximise sales opportunities and hit targets while meeting customers’ needs.

That means maintaining a high profile in the banking hall, making sure everything runs smoothly while working with your Customer Service Managers to coach your team and enhance the customer experience. You’ll also be responsible for controlling risk within the branch and ensuring you comply with all quality and regulatory guidelines. All that on top of planning ahead, spotting long-term opportunities and developing the sales plan for your branch.
