Our opening hours
Bournemouth contact centre operates from 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 12.30pm on Saturdays. We’re closed on Sundays.

That means you’ll need to be happy to work flexible eight-hour shifts. We work out the shift rotas six to eight weeks in advance and you can swap shifts if you need to.

Customer-focused, whatever your hours
The work is all about people, not paperwork. So you’ll spend 90% of your time on the phone talking to customers and complete your admin on a computer. You can work full-time or part-time.

Full-time is 35 hours per week.
Part-time is from 9.30am to 2.30pm.

If you work on a Saturday you’ll have a half day off during the week.

8:30am – 6:30pm
9:00am – 5:00pm
8:30am – 4:30pm
10:30am – 6:30pm

As well as an hour for lunch, you’ll get a break in the morning and the afternoon.
