Put yourself in your customers' shoes



People in our Northampton Contact Centre talk to our customers over the phone. Their job is to build rapport, capitalise on their eye (and ear) for detail and make sure customers get the most from Nationwide. They might be selling new products, delivering an efficient, informed service or advising customers who’ve found themselves in debt on repayment options. If you’re keen to progress, there’s plenty of scope to develop your career in other areas of the business as well.

Each role calls for different skills, but enthusiasm, helpfulness and teamwork are important across the board. We also look for PC skills, although our training will get you started.
