Light, bright and spaciousNorthampton contact centre may be a hive of activity, but it’s also designed to make work as stress-free as possible. As well as bright, attractive working areas where people are able to keep in close touch with one another, it includes modern rest areas for short breaks from work plus private meeting areas.

Be part of a supportive team
We mostly work in teams of 10 people, each with a team manager. The dress code is smart-casual – men, for instance, don’t have to wear a tie – although we draw the line at scruffy.
