Modern, bright and spaciousOur Sheffield contact centre is a hive of activity. But it’s also designed to make work as fun and stress-free as possible. A modern, refurbished office set over three floors, it’s spacious and bright with a break room on every floor, a free internet terminal, Sky TV and free tea and coffee from vending machines.
Work with people you’ll have fun with
There’s a sociable, energetic atmosphere, reinforced by ad hoc nights out as well as arranged events like team challenges where you can win prizes and bonuses. Even though we’re a sizeable office, there’s a family atmosphere and we often go to the pub together on a Friday evening.
Be part of a supportive team
We mostly work in teams of 10-12 people. And as each team has a Team Manager and a Senior Supervisor, there’s lots of support. The dress code is smart-casual – men, for instance, don’t have to wear suits – although we do expect you to look professional.
