The roles
In Swansea, we answer calls to the branches, which are redirected to us. We act as the branch office and schedule appointments, handle queries and help callers with any information they need. That means you won’t be making outbound or sales calls. Instead, you’re likely to launch your career with us as a Customer Service Adviser. On average the calls you’ll take will each last about three minutes and it’ll be your job to listen carefully to customers’ needs, offer first-rate customer service and, wherever appropriate, refer customers on to a Sales Adviser in another contact centre. You’ll have targets, but you’ll also have all the support you need to achieve them.
