Modern and well-equipped

Swansea contact centre may be a hive of activity, but it’s also designed to make work as stress-free as possible. Open for just five years, it’s a modern building with bright, attractive working areas where people are able to keep in close touch with one another.

The facilities include a kitchen and rest area with Sky TV and free internet access, plus free tea, coffee and water from a machine. As it’s situated just a couple of minutes from the centre of Swansea, many people spend their lunch breaks shopping or eating out.

As we’re smaller than most other contact centres you’ll get to know everyone really well. The sociable atmosphere is reinforced by social events throughout the year, regular lunches and a Christmas party.

There are two teams of 12, each with its own Team Manager. The dress code is smart-casual.
