What attracted you to Nationwide?
What attracted me to Nationwide was the possibility of career progression and the fact that a lot of my friends already work here. They said they really enjoyed it so I wanted to join.

Why did you choose to join your business area?
I joined the contact centre because I wanted to work with people and I’ve worked in customer service before, customer facing and I wanted to do something a bit different.

Can you describe what your area of the business does?
In the contact centre I am a Senior Supervisor, so when the Advisers have any problems or calls they can’t deal with, I deal with the calls for them. I help them and I deal with complaints.

How do you see your future at Nationwide?
My future in Nationwide? I would really like to become a Team Manager.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job are the friends that I have made. I have made really good friendships. The environment that I work in is really friendly, it’s a really good atmosphere.

What would you say to someone who wanted to apply for your job?
Definitely apply for a job at Nationwide. It’s a really good place to work with really good career opportunities.

Has working at Nationwide turned out as your expected, and if not, how has it differed?
I never expected to be at Nationwide as long as I have and it’s a really good surprise to me as I have achieved so much in the time that I’ve been here and I couldn’t think of working anywhere else.
