Our opening hours
Our Swindon contact centre operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week although it’s busiest between 8.00am and 8:00pm. That means you’ll need to be happy to work flexible eight-hour shifts. There are hundreds of different shift patterns so you’re bound to find one that fits in with your life.
Customer-focused, whatever your hours
The work is all about people, not paperwork. So whether you join us in a sales or service role, you’ll spend 90% of your time on the phone talking to customers and complete your admin on a computer. You can work full-time or part-time.
