Our opening hours
Wakefield contact centre operates from 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Bank holidays are working days – but if you work a Bank Holiday you get another day off in lieu.


That means you’ll need to be happy to work flexible eight-hour shifts. There’s a two-week rotating shift rota and you can swap shifts if you need to.

Typical shifts

  • 9:00am – 5:00pm weekdays plus one weekend day every other week (on weeks when you work a Saturday or Sunday, you get a weekday off)
  • 12:00 noon – 8:00pm weekdays (with no need to work a weekend)


Customer-focused, whatever your hours
The work is all about people, not paperwork. So you’ll spend 90% of your time on the phone talking to customers and complete your admin on a computer. You can work full-time or part-time.

  • Full-time is 35 hours per week
  • Part-time is at least 16 hours per week
  • Overtime at time and a half (for over 35 hours per week) is occasionally available
