Our Wakefield contact centre is sales focused. There are no customer service roles currently available. You’re likely to join us as a Customer Sales Adviser, talking to our customers over the phone, building rapport, capitalising on your eye (and ear) for detail and making sure customers get exactly the right products for them.


Gain experience and you could find yourself moving onwards and upwards swiftly.

Your development options include:

  • Senior Sales Adviser
  • Quality Managers
  • Team Manager
  • On Site Trainer
  • Remote Monitor (listening in to phone calls to coach, control quality and ensure compliance)

You could also move into our Sheffield Contact Centre.
