Our business structure

There are four main areas to our business:

Branches
Thanks to more than 700 of them right across the UK, we’re one of the biggest names on the High Street. And we’re probably very close to you. Click on the branches tab above to find out more.

Contact centres
Currently we have six. They’re all in the UK and they always will be. Together they handle around 25,000 calls and emails every day and employ some 1,200 local people. Click on the Contact Centres tab above to find out more.
