Treasury summer internships
For undergraduates studying suitable disciplines who want a taster of Treasury, we offer a limited number of eight to fourteen week summer internships.The placement will focus on one specific area of Treasury operations, giving you a chance to develop some real insight. Based in Northampton, you will be involved in managing tasks and projects, often to tight deadlines. The placement will help you develop skills which will prove useful for your degree studies and once you graduate - as well as help with your career choices.
So what do you get out of it?
- To help you make the most of the experience, you'll be supported by a buddy and a mentor – who'll be a senior manager – as well as your line manager and team colleagues.
- We'll pay you a competitive salary and you'll also be entitled to 2 days holiday per month.
And what do we want from you?
- We'll expect you to have a minimum of 260 UCAS points and to be studying for a degree in maths, science, economics, finance, engineering, banking or law.
- But we're also interested in your other qualities and abilities - like your enthusiasm, initiative, communication skills, drive and confidence.
