Our Lending Control team is set within a call centre, but it’s one with a difference. As the nature of each call is different, there are no scripts – so you’ll talk to customers (about their mortgage, loan or personal bank account) and work with them to create a practical solution that will help to manage their debt.

Not only does this give peace of mind, but it allows us to collect valuable money which we can plough back into the business, our customers and – if you’re really good – you. If you’re able to provide solutions that are as effective for our business as they are for our customers you could earn up to an extra £600 per month.
