Senior Lending Manager
We’ll look to you to manage, complex, high-value commercial transactions that generate substantial income but require real expertise. You’ll lead up to ten direct reports, get the best out of internal and external deal teams and keep a close eye on all documentation and due diligence processes. So you must be ACIB qualified, or the equivalent, and equipped with an impressive record of lending in the property, social housing, corporate, acquisition or project finance sectors. And, of course, you’ll know the best way to structure, negotiate and document a wide range of transactions.
Lending Manager
Leading lending transactions right through to completion, you’ll also look after the relationship and asset management for large, complex commercial property and/or cash-flow based lending transactions. You might be identifying and assessing lending opportunities, controlling risk, developing your team or cementing relationships. But whatever you’re doing, you’ll use your knowledge of the UK property market to the full. We’ll expect you to be on your way to an ACIB qualification or equivalent and to have good commercial lending experience that includes basic loan structuring, negotiation and documentation.
Assistant Lending Manager
You’ll take charge of your own substantial portfolio of high value, often complex, property and project finance loan facilities. At the same time, you’ll support Senior Lending Managers and Lending Managers to deliver our business plan. It means getting involved in everything from evaluating new lending proposals to working with a variety of different teams. It calls for strong credit, lending and sector experience – including a good working knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework.
Senior Lending Manager, Commercial Recoveries
It’ll be down to you to come up with strategies to recover our most complex commercial property loans. You’ll develop arrears management processes and put them into practice; get the best out of your team of Lending and Recovery Managers; and make the most of your sector, legal, credit, syndication and financial markets knowledge. So you’ll need to be ACIB qualified or equivalent and have extensive commercial property lending experience that includes debt recovery in mainland Europe.
Customer Service Officer
Delivering vital admin support within our Back Office, you’ll take charge of everything from office supplies to small projects. And whether you’re sourcing and coordinating data, answering all sorts of system queries, or managing access to key systems and permissions, you’ll deliver consistently high standards of service right across Commercial. You’ll need to be unfazed by tight deadlines, good at prioritising and getting on with things, and know your way around the MS Office suite. What’s more, you’ll be as good with figures as you are with words.
