Pension
If you're over 16 and under 75, you automatically become a
member of our contributory pension scheme when you join. We
contribute 4% of your salary, rising to 8% after two years of
service. If you decide to pay additional contributions we'll match
them up to a maximum of 3% after two years of service. Under the
scheme you can generally retire any time after age 55.
