An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional to join the IT Problem Management team within an department focused on core IT Service Management. As a Problem Manager, you will work alongside Major Incident Managers, Service Operations and Technical teams to ensure investigation and analysis is carried out against a full range of incident types across all technology delivered by and provided to the customers of Nationwide. This is a critical role that enables the organisation to preserve the trust our members by safeguarding the integrity of the Group’s IT systems.
