The Senior Manager serves as the primary contact for all divisional planning and transformation activity, leading the execution of the Group Compliance Operational strategy, along with the co-ordination of divisional run activities.
Managing up to four direct reports, you will be responsible for translating the Operational strategy into a divisional plan of activity and monitor progress against this. You’ll lead on the planning and execution of all divisional-wide people initiatives and day-to-day run activities, ensuring alignment to the people plan and broader divisional strategy and will also be responsible for the Group Compliance development programme ‘Business School’.
You will build strong and effective relationships with the Directors, their Senior Management teams and the relevant business partners, to develop and deliver robust, agile and flexible business plans to meet divisional requirements and corporate targets.
