You’ll be part of a team of 7 and reporting to a Finance Manager. You’ll be business partnering our customer operations division. Working on our customer service benefits delivery plan, off shoring agenda and supporting the division’s corporate projects.
Day-to-day you’ll sit in the customer operations department: supporting colleagues on understanding the cost of their business plans whilst providing guidance on improving efficiency; gaining an expert understanding and advising on the impact of our offshoring agenda; running financial forecasting on the benefits realisation of projects.
In this role you’ll certainly gain excellent business partnering skills with a 50 / 50 split between analysis and presenting your work to colleagues.
As this is a fixed-term contract we cannot guarantee permanent employment but you’ll be joining a head office function with a financial performance division of over 300 people; if you perform well there is the potential to make internal applications at the end of your contract.
