You’ll work with senior managers, providing advice on capital as well as analysing the impact that regulatory changes may have on our solvency ratios. You‘ll also ensure that all capital calculations are accurate.
In this role flexibility is key, it will be varied. As well as becoming a subject matter expert in Capital Management, which is a vital business function for Nationwide, you will gain exposure and knowledge of finance (Nationwide’s balance sheet), Treasury, Commercial and Retail.
You’ll learn how to manage the working relationship between a business and its regulators, how to review and advise on policy changes, and how to build advisory relationships with senior managers.
