Financial Management is split into three main areas supporting Product, Retail and Group, covering the whole financial evaluation lifecycle from forecasting and reporting through to effective Commercial decision making.
Across this lifecycle there is a need for governance and control, ensuring high quality standards, a single unified message and effective challenge and support for Group decisions. The team has significant focus on business engagement, understanding long term goals, priorities and current requirements, and in addition, owning the Financial Plan for the business.
