The Senior Manager, Legal Risk Management will support the Divisional Director Group Secretary and Group General Counsel in discharging their specific business risk key control function accountabilities by identifying, calibrating and then, working with others in the function or business to mitigate the Society’s most significant current and emerging legal risks.

This is about combining the professional experience, expertise and judgement within the legal department with its knowledge and understanding of the Society’s business and the markets in which it operates, in order to anticipate where future legal problems are most likely to arise and devise effective controls to mitigate them within the legal department and the society as a whole
