Nationwide is committed to doing the right thing for our members and customer experience is central to our strategy. We have an exciting opportunity to work on a business focussed programme which stretches across products and channels and is all about improving the customer experience. We receive 36m enquiries per year and we are looking to significantly improve the experience our members receive. The Enquiries Programme is being led by the Customer Experience Division and is key to helping us continually improve the way in which we interact with our members.
The Change Manager, Continuous Improvement will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement based on data, observations, process and outcome indicators and other findings. Acts as an agent of change and participates in the change process.
This role is all about collaborating across the business and is a great way to get a broad exposure across Nationwide and to deliver something that will really make a difference to our customers.
