Service & Performance is an area of the business responsible for supporting the whole of Distribution Operations, whether that is through managing reward and recognition schemes, overseeing training and competence, analysing customer feedback or improving processes. We’re made up of a number of teams; focusing on the customer experience and our employees.
Service Intelligence is part of the Service Support & Development team and we are recruiting a Complaint Handler to be based in our Kingsbridge Point office, Swindon.
