We are responsible for raising Capital and Wholesale funding, Liquidity Management and management of Market Risk. This is also the team with responsibility for originating structured finance transactions and managing investment portfolios as well as helping to achieve best returns on the Group’s asset portfolios.

2013 is a very important year for Nationwide’s Treasury Division. Treasury front office (market facing) functions will be relocating to thenew London Threadneedle Streetoffices in the heart of the City, and shortly afterwards, Risk, Operations and supporting functions will move to Nationwide House inSwindon.

Like any large financial organisation, it’s important that we minimise our exposure to changes in the market. It will be your role to actively support the management of Treasury Credit Risk by accurately reporting, forecasting and stress testing Treasury assets.
