We're looking for customer focused people to join our Contact Centre’s. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, helping our members with their queries, handling and resolving any customer complaints and throughout all of this, providing an excellent service.
We are looking for a confident and pragmatic individual with an excellent telephone manner that gets satisfaction from resolving problems and helping our members. So if you like to talk to people, are able to take ownership and resolve customer complaints giving a fair outcome for the customer - this could be the role for you.
Basic Salary £16,993 plus excellent benefits such as a quarterly incentive scheme
