This role will be responsible for preparing and interpreting data to deliver robust Management Information reports. These reports will review and monitor product / distribution channel performance , complaint data and FRS and Service Tracker responses.  Through rigorous root cause analysis the successful candidate will then be able to create s a suite of suitable action plans and continuous improvement initiatives to drive service, satisfaction and increase the profitability of our customer back-book.
