This role is contributing towards the Group’s Corporate Plan as well as internal and regulatory Stress Testing within the Financial Performance division of Nationwide. The information and reports that your team will produce are highly prolific and will go to the board and Executive Committees (ExCo). Across this lifecycle there is a need for governance and control, ensuring high quality standards, a single unified message and effective challenge and support for Group decisions. The team has significant focus on business engagement, understanding long term goals, priorities and current requirements, and in addition, owning the Financial Plan for the business.
