How our branch colleagues work

Our Member Representatives, Branch Managers and other branch colleagues deliver essential face to face services to our customers in our High Street branches. So you’ll need to work on site and be within a 45 minute commute of the branch you’re applying to work in.

Here’s the good news. Whilst major banks continue to close branches, we’re keeping ours open. Nationwide’s commitment to the High Street means we now have the UK’s largest network, with over 600 branches. So if the location you’re considering is outside the 45 minutes then you just need to check our other vacancies that are closer to you.

How our office colleagues work

At Nationwide, hybrid working means at least 2 days in the office and up to 3 days at home, or 40% on site if you're part time. For any office based role you apply for, our advert will state your base location. If you're selected for interview we'll provide more detail around your office days.

We've 19 office locations including Belfast, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Cardiff, Dunfermline, Glasgow, London, Maidstone, Manchester, Northampton, Norwich, Sheffield, Swindon, Wakefield and Worthing.
