Our contact centres
Close to the busy Bournemouth Square, this office is ideal for transit links and close to shops and restaurants. The busy call centre handles mostly collection and recovery and mortgage consultation.
The strategic site at Dunfermline services mortgage consultation, banking and savings customers as well as housing a busy administration processing centre, so the atmosphere is lively and engaging.
Our Northampton centre employs nearly 3000 people, and there are lots of opportunities, particularly in customer services. It boasts an onsite gym, subsidised canteen, free parking / easy bus links.
Our Wakefield contact centre is minutes from the city centre with good road links. Surrounded by various restaurants and pubs, as well as a Just Learning crèche and a Bannatyne's gym.
Our Sheffield office is in the heart of the city, surrounded by lively restaurants and shops. It’s right in the city centre, perfectly positioned for local workers, students and professionals.
Pegasus House in Windmill Hill is our largest contact centres and runs 24/7 customer support over the phone and on social media, so there’s lots of opportunities available in this bustling building.
