Our full time staff work 35 hours per week. part time staff work a minimum of 16 hours per week

What you'll be doing

Customer-focused, whatever your hours

The work is all about people, not paperwork. You'll spend 90% of your time on the phone talking to customers and complete your admin on a computer. You can work full-time or part-time.

Full-time is 35 hours per week
Part-time is at least 16 hours per week
Overtime is time and a half (for over 35 hours per week)

In our Dunfermline contact centre we have the following departments:

Customer Services

Being a people person is key, you'll be taking that first initial call from our customer, so you'll need to listen and understand what the query is by asking the right questions, then resolve this for the customer. By taking ownership and communicating clearly to the customer so they understand what you have done for them, so they'll leave the call knowing we've done everything possible to help them.

Nationwide NOW

This is our exciting new channel that enables centrally based Mortgage Consultants (CeMap Qualified), Financial Planning Managers (DipFA qualified) and Personal Banking Managers to hold interviews using video conferencing capabilities. Essentially beaming themselves into a branch anywhere in the UK.
