Day to day, we're the team that make sure our members have the payments choices they want and need in an ever changing digital world.
Our focus is to provide our customers the payments capability they want, and deliver them on time, every time, securely and commercially.

We achieve this against a backdrop of ever tighter regulatory requirements, and the increasing pace and impact from technology led innovation.

Our Roles

The Payments Division is in the unique position of touching all business areas of Nationwide. The size and scale of Nationwide means that we're able to influence business strategy, products, digital and distribution - giving us beneficial exposure to all stakeholders in the full payments life-cycle.

We oversee the end to end Payments services which ensure we have a lot of variety in our work.
Our roles cover industry liaison, service management, strategy development, business management, risk management, operations and line management.

Right now we need leaders at all levels, and are eager to expand the diversity of our team with new business and industry points of view.
